Endodontics

What Is An Endodontist?

Endodontia means inside the tooth. Endodontics is a specialty branch of dentistry recognized by the American Dental Association involving treatment of the pulp and surrounding tissues of the tooth. In addition to four years of dental school, endodontists attend two to three years of advanced postgraduate training, studying root canal techniques and procedures in greater depth.

As an Endodontist, aside from providing endodontic treatment, Dr. Roghani will make sure that the patient understands why they require treatment, what treatment involves and what we can do to ensure the best possible outcome. Our entire team will make every effort to explain treatment in complete detail.

What is a Board Certified-Diplomate Endodontist?
